1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 10-20business daysafter payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

We currently ship to the following locations:

- European Union
- International – selected countries worldwide
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

4. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £50. This will be automatically applied at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order via the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hoursfor tracking information to update.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. HALOVIX is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at halovixproducts@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of any damage (if applicable)
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. HALOVIX is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at halovixproducts@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
9. Delays
HALOVIX is not liable for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier delays or disruptions
- Customs clearance
- Severe weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Any other circumstances beyond our control
