Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To initiate a return, please contact us at halovixproducts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened beauty or personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Downloadable or digital products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Contact us at halovixproducts@gmail.com if you still have not received your refund

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at halovixproducts@gmail.com

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns over £50.
